MOIL Inc. and Shine Star Co., Ltd. hereby announce that we established a stock holding company named “MOIL Holdings Co., Ltd.” as a sole parent company of MOIL Inc. and Shine Star Co., Ltd. on April 20, 2017.

By transferring a holding company structure above, the two operating companies, MOIL Inc. and Shine Star Co., Ltd., will generate synergy effect on developing of new alternative energy resources and expand business.

At the same time, MOIL Holdings Co., Ltd. will strengthen the management foundations and establish sustainably growth strategy for the corporate group as an energy trading company toward 2020, which is an ideal opportunity for Japan to attract worldwide attention.
